Constantinides Bakery has generated the "Mother" in 2016. The "Mother" is the Sourdough starter that on a daily basis is being fed to generate the end Sourdough used in this recipe.

The concept of SWF (Salt Water Flour) provides you with a more dense and highly flavoured bread that reminds everyone how they made breads in the old days. It takes three days for this bread to be made. 

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat), Rye Flour (Wheat), Water, Flour.

Το Αρτοποιείο Κωνσταντινίδη δημιούργησε τη "Μάνα" το 2016. Η "Μάνα" είναι το Προζύμι που τροφοδοτείται καθημερινά για να δημιουργήσει το τέλικό Προζύμι που χρησιμοποιείται σε αυτήν τη συνταγή. Η ιδέα του SWF (Αλέυρι, Νερό, Αλάτι) σας παρέχει ένα πιο βαρετού τύπου και πολύ αρωματικό ψωμί που θυμίζει σε όλους πώς έφτιαχναν τα ψωμιά στις παλιές μέρες. Χρειάζονται τρεις ημέρες για να φτιαχτεί αυτό το ψωμί.
