Galaktopoureko is a Vanilla Pastry Cream enclosed into a thin Fillo Dough Sheet. After its baked, while hot out of the oven, a Sugarfree Syrup is added so the final dessert will be sweeter, crunchy and juicy.

Made with the special Sugar Replacement, this healthier twist of Galaktopoureko is made with milk, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon, cloves and eggs.
