Common Bread

Part of the traditional Cyprus Breads, Koino Bread is made out of natural ingredients without any preservatives. It is baked on a stone oven giving it a strong crust and semi soft texture on the inside. 

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat), Water, Sourdough (Wheat), Salt, Yeast.

Μέρος της οικογένιας παραδοσιακών Κυπριακών ψωμιών, το Κοινό ψωμί αποτελείται από φυσικά συστατικά χωρίς συντηρητικά. Ψήνεται σε πετρόκτιστο φούρνο δίνοντάς του μια ισχυρή κρούστα και ημι-απαλή εσωτερική υφή.

Συστατικά: Αλεύρι (Σιτάρι), Νερό, Προζύμι (Σιτάρι), Αλάτι, Μαγιά.
